SARAH JANE BRIDGLAND
Sarah is a glass fusion artist inspired by the natural world. She makes suncatchers, birds, bowls and dishes, spoon rests, incense burners, jewellery, and has recently started making large pictures.
Sarah works with System 96 and loves the way that the light shines through the translucent colours and the tactile nature of glass. Everything is cut by hand and so each piece of work is unique. Sarah’s studio is at the bottom of her garden in Sompting.
She is a member of Shoreham Gallery and has successfully exhibited in West Dean College and in the juried Worthing Museum and Gallery’s Open 21 and Open 23.
