Past and Present – An Exhibition by Karren Urben

Really excited to be having my first Solo exhibition in 12 years.

After illness and not being able to paint or exhibit for a few years its a dream come true having this show at Colonnade House, Warwick Street. Worthing. Its also my first time showing a large collection of Landscapes. Before moving from Brighton over to Ferring my work had always been about the Portrait and Figures, moving to Ferring surrounded by the sea and Downs the Landscape seeped into me so that when I was able to paint again it was a natural progression to paint my surroundings.
