Membership is open to
Artists within the Adur District area
The Adur Art Collective is a thriving community and welcomes new members. Membership is open to artists living and working within the Adur District Shoreham-by-Sea, Shoreham Beach, South Lancing, North Lancing, Coombes, Sompting, Southwick, Kingston-by-Sea and Fishersgate.
Our ethos is inclusive rather than selective. We offer the service to all within the Adur District who can demonstrate an ongoing arts practise encouraging participation from both artists and makers of all ages, at all stages of their careers, and from all parts of the community including students and marginalised artists.
Artists outside the Adur District area
Membership is open to all artist from surrounding areas (outside of the Adur District area) by invitation of an existing member and agreed by the committee.
Registration
Registration opens twice a year and is open for a month. New members can join from the 1st February and the 1st July.

Feature on the artists page on the website
New members are offered a dedicated area on the Artists Page on our website, with a featured image of your artwork, your artist statement, and links to your email, phone number, social media, website and eccomerce sites.
Feature on our social media sites
Get featured and stay up to date with events, our social media team regularly share news and events about our artists on our social media sites.
Take part in the annual Adur Art Trail
All members of Adur Art Collective, have the opportunity to take part in the annual Adur Art Trail.
Discounts
Members can benefit from discounts with local participating businesses and stores. Please note: these discounts vary, are subject to terms and may change.
Connect with local artists
Joining the Adur Art Collective is a great way to meet other artists and connect. Members have the opportunity to attend social events, many of our artists collaborate and work together on projects.

Join or support the committee
We have an elected committee that oversees membership and organises the annual Adur Art Trail. As an Adur Art Collective member you can request to join or support the committee in various roles (both in-person and remotely). We have roles in publicity, events, trail coordinating, communications, design and many supporting roles. See meet the team for more information about committee roles.
